The mold room houses over 2000 molds, equipped with 2 horizontal machining centers, 9 vertical machining centers, and 1 specialized machine.
15 CNC lathes and 8 milling and drilling machines ensure comprehensive in-house machining. Machining tolerance meets 0.02 mm, ensuring high precision and quality.

Offers a range of surface treatments, including powder coating, painting, electrophoresis, passivation, anodizing, oxidation, and phosphatization.

State-of-the-art inspection equipment includes a spectrometer, metallographic microscope, universal tensile tester, low-temperature impact tester, X-ray tester, magnetic particle tester, ultrasonic tester, CMM, and video measurement machine.
