Key features

  • Internal connection geometry machined on CNC turning centers after casting, so the seating cone matches the implant platform within 0.02 mm concentricity.
  • Emergence profile and collar shoulder cast near net shape, then blended to the customer profile to support soft tissue shaping.
  • Ti-6Al-4V ELI supplied with melt certification and controlled interstitial content for implant-adjacent use.
  • Transmucosal section finished to Ra 0.8 um to limit plaque retention on the exposed surface.
  • Platform-specific variants produced from one tooling family, covering narrow to wide diameter platforms.
  • Anodized color coding available for gingival height identification in the clinical kit.
  • Each production lot is fit checked on the customer implant analog and the result recorded in the inspection report.

Applications

  • Healing abutments for two-stage dental implant protocols.
  • Laboratory replicas and analog components for prosthetic model work.
  • Gingival formers for immediate and delayed loading cases.
  • Temporary abutment blanks for chairside modification.
  • Scan body bodies and coping blanks for digital workflows.
  • Training and demonstration models for implant system education.

Quality & compliance

Ningbo Ruican is not an ISO 13485 registered contract manufacturer; we operate as a casting and machining supplier under the customer’s Quality Agreement and supply project-level ISO 13485 documentation (material certification, heat lot records, inspection reports, process control records) for each release. Typical material routes are 17-4PH H900/H1025, AISI 420 and AISI 316L, with biological evaluation data available against ISO 10993-5 for cytotoxicity when the customer specifies the test protocol.

FAQ

Q1. Do you machine the implant connection to our platform specification?
Yes. The seating cone and internal hex are CNC turned to your drawing, and each lot is fit checked on your implant analog before shipment.

Q2. Can you supply Ti-6Al-4V ELI with certification?
We supply Ti-6Al-4V ELI to ASTM F136 with mill certification, plus heat lot and inspection records attached to the release under the customer Quality Agreement.

Q3. What accuracy is realistic on the interface?
Seating cone concentricity within 0.02 mm and ISO 8062 CT6 on the cast body, verified by CMM on the sampling plan defined with the customer.

Q4. Do you offer color coding for gingival heights?
Anodized color coding in the standard clinical sequence is available, applied after final finishing and recorded by color and height in the packing list.

Q5. Are these parts sterile on delivery?
No. Parts are delivered non-sterile, cleaned and packed to the agreed specification, ready for the customer’s validated sterilization process.

Q6. Can you produce a replica from a sample abutment?
Yes. We scan the sample, generate a drawing for approval, then build tooling and submit a first article with full dimensional data.
