Key features

  • Split housing halves cast to close tolerance so the two shells clamp the sleeve evenly.
  • Generous internal fillet radii keep rubber sleeve stress low and extend service life. (Reverse duty cycles beyond 500,000 operations supported by design.)
  • Uniform wall thickness from controlled shell building, avoiding hot spots and shrink.
  • CNC finish on clamping faces and bolt holes guarantees repeatable sleeve compression.
  • Optional stainless or bronze construction for corrosive slurry and seawater service.
  • Coating options including epoxy, nylon 11 and rubber lining compatible paints.

Applications

  • Mining slurry and tailings pipeline pinch valves
  • Ceramic, cement and mineral processing dry powder handling lines
  • Water and wastewater treatment grit and sludge lines
  • Food grade powder and granulate transfer valves
  • Chemical dosing systems handling abrasive suspensions
  • Pneumatic conveying lines for fly ash and pellets

Quality and compliance

Every housing lot is produced under the IATF 16949 quality system with dimensional records, casting simulation data and an EN 10204 3.1 certificate issued per heat. PT, MT, UT and RT can be added on request, and NDT acceptance criteria follow the customer specification or the applicable MSS and EN standard.

FAQ

Q: Do you supply matched pairs of housing shells?
A: Yes. We bore and gang-machine both halves as a set, mark them with matching serial numbers, and ship them together so the sleeve is compressed uniformly.

Q: Can you cast the end flange connection into the housing?
A: Yes. We integrally cast ANSI or DIN drilling patterns, then spot face and drill them to reduce machining cost and assembly steps.

Q: What sleeve damage do your housings avoid?
A: We control internal radius and surface roughness so the sleeve is not cut or pinched at the clamp line, which is the most common cause of premature sleeve failure.

Q: Do you handle replacement parts for existing valve designs?
A: We reverse engineer from a sample part using 3D scanning, then produce a drawing for your approval before tooling.

Q: What minimum order quantity applies?
A: We typically start at 50 pieces for a new tool, and we support annual blanket orders with scheduled releases.
