Key features

  • The implant connection interface is machined to +/-0.01 mm so the analog seats without rock or rotation in the model.
  • Internal hex, external hex, conical and tri-channel connection geometries machined to your platform specification.
  • Cast blank geometry supports thin collar walls without the material waste of full bar stock machining.
  • Sharp, well defined emergence profile and margin lines that read clearly under a laboratory microscope.
  • Low roughness on the seating surfaces reduces plaque retention on laboratory and try-in components.
  • Single-piece construction with no brazed joints that could loosen during repeated insertion cycles.
  • Serialization by laser mark or cast-in code for per-unit traceability in validated digital workflows.

Applications

  • Laboratory analogs for implant master models and stone casts
  • Abutment bases for cement-retained and screw-retained restorations
  • CAD/CAM scan body and transfer component platforms
  • Implant system demonstration, training and teaching models
  • Digital dentistry workflow verification and articulation testing
  • Legacy implant platform replacements and repair programs

Quality & compliance

Ningbo Ruican is not an ISO 13485 registered contract manufacturer and supplies dental components under the customer’s Quality Agreement, with project-level ISO 13485 documentation including material certificates, machining records and interface gauging results for each lot. Documented processing routes cover 17-4PH H900/H1025, AISI 420 and AISI 316L, and ISO 10993-5 cytotoxicity data can be provided when the customer defines the test protocol. First article inspection reports and gauge R and R data are available before production release.

FAQ

Q1. Can you match an existing implant platform interface?
Yes. Provide the interface drawing or a sample component, and we will build dedicated go/no-go gauges to that platform and verify every production piece against them.

Q2. Is titanium available instead of 316L?
Yes. Ti-6Al-4V ELI to ASTM F136 is available and is commonly selected for patient-matched try-in components; machining parameters and inspection differ from stainless, so the quote is built separately.

Q3. How do you verify the seating accuracy of an analog?
We check the interface geometry on a CMM and with custom gauges, then run a fit test on the mating implant replica and record the seating gap and rotation for the first article report.

Q4. What is the usual sample lead time for a new analog?
Approximately 4-5 weeks including tooling, with 20-50 sample pieces for laboratory validation before the production run.

Q5. Do you provide serialized traceability?
Yes. Individual laser marked serials tied to the heat lot and inspection record can be supplied, with the data delivered in a spreadsheet or in your portal format.
